Sent my resume, cover letter and references to Stephane via email the next day she asks to set up an interview for the following week. I interviewed with Stephane it started about 15 minutes late and ran for over an hour. Interview was great; typical questions were asked and she also toured me around the place. Stephane said she would get back to me in a couple weeks regarding their decision. About a month goes by so I contacted her; she said that she had just contacted my references and waiting to hear back from them. A couple more weeks pass and I email her again; she emails me saying ALLS Inc will be extending a job offer. Another week or two pass by with no email offer. Finally, I email Stephane and HR and not even an hour later a get the letter offer. They were not very easy to get ahold off, seem disorganized and I got the vibe something was off with the company..I did not take the job.
