1 real interview on zoom with the 4 top editors and managers. I felt a bit grilled by some, and the other two were slightly nicer. Questions were a mix of hypotheticals, story ideas and experience and background.

My interview process was done over the phone. I never got a face to face interview. After I got the job, I flew to meet my boss at the HQ. There are a lot of theoretical questions during the phone interview. They mostly just want to know how you would react to basic news situations and major news stories.
