I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Assystem
Interview
Telephone interview assessing your interest in the role and talking through your experience. Invited to assesssment centre on first phone call if successful. Then 2 interviews booked in 1 assessment centre and then 1 virtual interview. Assessment centres only in certain locations which is annoying though travel is reinbursed. Assessment centre contains a group exercise where you will work as a team to rank something. Then there is a 30 minute written exam. Questions based on stress concerntrations, stress/strain diagram drawing and labelling, engineering drawings , design for manufacture and assembly and nuclear safety. Then virual interview is a few days later as is more based on experience and personality rather than technical knowledge. 15 minute presentation also required for interview and is about Assystem as a company.
