Astec Industries interview questions

Interview process was typical for slower-moving companies. Initial phone screen with HR followed by multiple follow up interviews with various stakeholders. No feedback after any stages of the interview other than if you happen to make it to the next round.

Multiple rounds, starting with phone screens, in-person interviews with various levels of personnel (including managers, HR, and potentially the hiring manager. Level of questioning is a mix of technical and behavioral, Std level of questioning. Interview by panel 1-1 for 3 hrs. total.
