I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aston Carter (Pensacola, FL) in July 2021
Interview
Easy initial phone call, followed by a WebEx interview. The preliminary call was to ensure I was interested in the position that was available, and the video call was an “interview” but seemed mostly preparation for the company I was contracted with- and also interviewed with.

Question 1
Examples of how you have handled a workplace dispute
Two rounds of 1:1 interviews with the Aston Carter team, followed by a 2:1 panel with the client I would be assigned to. The process was streamlined and efficient. Solid recruitment team.

Question 1
Describe a difficult interaction you had with a customer. How did you deal with it? What was the outcome, and how would you handle it differently?
The most significant issues here were insufficient salaries/rates and being respectful of time. The recruiter would contact me several times daily via email and phone, expecting me to be available at the drop of a hat. Yet, it was like pulling teeth when I asked for updates or to discuss things.
Emailed me with a request of a good time and day to connect over the phone. The reviewed.my resume and asked the reason for so many jobs and explained why and later that afternoon they had a couple positions for me to review it was easy and very helpful.
