Pretty simple. A recruiter will reach out to you and it’s basically done through Microsoft Teams. They are usually friendly and wanting to help. They also want to find a job that will fit your schedule and the rate of pay you would like.

Typing speed assessment then interview with recruiter and asked questions in interview related to past work after that they contacted to my previous employer for background check and then they confirmed the offer then they told joining date
