Open honest. The people were very easy to talk to and very open about questions. I never felt nervous or scared to ask anything. I enjoyed the overall process and it made me even more interested in the position.
Called me. I called back and asked them how did they get my details because I have never applied with them. He asked me for updated resume, and I told him that they should have one already if they knew how to contact me. He went on mumbling. I actually showed interest for the jobs for which he needed bodied. And I followed up. Nobody is answering the phone, the voice mail does not state the name of the person or the name of the company. All in all, alarm bells all over and best avoided.

Believe it or not, the question was "How are you""
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AstraWorks (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was a very simple interview but the owner was intense and was very open about how much he expected out of his employees. There was a lack of organization in company structure and operations in between.
