AstroNova interview questions

Softball questions: The interviewers had no experience in IT and could not ask qualified questions about the role or answer them, yet they were responsible for deciding whether or not the candidate moved forward in the interview process. The role reports to R&D, which is not a typical arrangement and would have been challenging. The interviewer's demeanor came across as if they were going through the motions because they were asked to. Not a positive or professional experience! They were very unprofessional in communicating they were not interested in moving forward. This role has a Director title but is a daily operational role in reality.
