I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Astronautics
Interview
Traveled in from out of state, at the company's expense. Interviewed with hiring manager, 2 other senior engineers, and 2nd level manager (director). Ended with quick conversation with HR reviewing relocation options. What I found odd was the relocation suggestions were all apartment complexes in the suburbs. As a single person, this seemed odd in a community such as Milwaukee. Thus, I asked why, and the person in HR proceeded to circle areas on the map to avoid and the reasons being racial gangs, on the south side and north west side that included the company location. I was further surprised after starting there, to have the director casually ask me about my salary in the hallway. It is an odd culture.

Question 1
What is an example of good system requirements?
Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Astronautics (Milwaukee, WI) in July 2016
Interview
I applied, it took them about a month to call me after applying. It took another 2 weeks to get a phone interview with the hiring manager. She kept cancelling last minute. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! So by the 5 reschedule I was already biased not to work here. I talked to the manager, and she said there is no way she could meet my salary. Additionally, I was over qualified.
I was ready to say thanks for wasting my time, but the manager already knew that so it wouldn't have helped.
From how unprofessional they were on interviewing, Stay Away if you are smart.
