I met with two different managers. The first was female and she and I did a short interview. I was more like a conversation. After we talked she told me that she wanted me to go for the second interview and set that up for me. I left and came back a day or two later to interview with the second manager. He was busy at our interview time, but he told me to take a look around the store and he would find me. He found me and took me to his office where he asked me a couple of questions.

Fast and easy enough, was done on the floor, as the interviewer was working on a project in the store, she was very nice, but rapid fired questions faster than my brain could keep up with.

Applied online, they called me 24-48 hours after I submit my application. Interviewed one on one with the store manager and gave me the decision right after the interview.
