I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at At Home (Stockbridge, GA) in May 2019
Interview
There was no real interview. I was told to come in on a specific day to interview. Another candidate was also there. We were taken to the break room, submitted our ID and given an overview of what gets done in the store, what we'd be doing and the "do's and don'ts." It was basically a situation of "this is what we do, let us know your schedule, and if you think you can do this, you start on Monday."
Very informal and comfortable with the manager on duty and showed me the whole store. He went over several basic questions. We did get interrupted quite a bit but he said that was because of an open door policy
The interview process wasn't long. Standard interview questions. As opposed to what would you do in this situation? How are you with diversity? Was hired the day I went in for interview and started onboard training in less then a week.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at At Home (Crestwood, Cook, IL)
Interview
It was 10 minutes long. Mainly focused on my weekly availability to work. Did not end up accepting job offer because of school conflict. They were looking for some one to work mornings, which is when I had school. Overall easy interview.
