I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atarim in July 2025
Interview
Salary expectations were requested upfront on the application form, but salary range was not transparently communicated on the job description. This led me to going through 2 interviews and an unpaid task to then be told at the end of the process that my salary expectations were misaligned.

Interview
Didn't have one call during the entire process so I'd hesitate to even call it an "interview". Only had email correspondence where I was immediately asked to do a unpaid coding assessment that should "only take a couple of hours". This sent alarm bells ringing so I pushed back but still didn't manage to get a call, surely the first stage of any interview should be a call to find out if the the position is suitable for both parties?
Anyway I still did the assessment, which I probably shouldn't have, only to receive a generic email response saying that it "wasn't what they were looking for" with no further clarification. Okay? Can't say I'm heartbroken as I still don't know naything about the job!
