Recruitment interviews and HR onboarding was swift and organized. The whole training experience bootcamp was one of a kind and a great learning experience. Whatever their interpretation of executive presence was very subjective and they tend to get candidates who will be meek and maleable.

The interview process was very intense-For OM level I went through 4 stages: Recruitment specialist-Assignemnets-Ops Director-VP Ops. Recruitment stage is more about yourself, experience and salary negotiation. Assignments include two projects (onboarding and client scenario).
