The process was smooth and the HR was very prompt in her response. It involved a case study round followed by 3 rounds with SPMs and PO. The case study was about how would you enhance Google Calendars as a PM.

I had two interviews with Ather. Interview 1: was focused on what I have done in my current job and how did I do it. It was interesting. Questions asked were clever however I felt that the nature of interview was to extract as much info about my current employer ( as I was working with a compititor) as they can. ROUND 2: No Coordination between panelists from round 1 and round 2 . Dump panel in this round was so obvious that they were lusting for me to leak some info about my employer. Infact the panel was so Dumb that he started taking notes on discussed solutions. THATS WHEN I confronted and interview was closed abruptly. I Wouldn't join a company like this.
