Very easy process. I applied online and received a call a few days later. It felt like it was a phone interview, but then was asked to come in for a formal face to face

Went outside for the interview at the store in Omaha, NE and sat on a nearby bench. The interviewer was wearing yoga pants, and the interview in general was very casual. The questions were written on a piece of paper, and the interviewer didn't ask any follow-up questions so it probably lasted 10 minutes. The questions were very basic.

I submitted my resume online along with the application and assessment. I was emailed a couple of days later with a list of interview times and dates to choose. The Intervew took about 20 minutes and was very casual and relaxed. The interviewer asked approximately 10 questions. About 5 days later I was called.
