Shortly after submitting resume (within 1-3 days), the Talent Assistant Manager got back to me to schedule an interview in the next week. Had the option to do the interview in-person or remotely. Interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. Simple questions; received offer later that day.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for Athleta? How would you deal with a customer and their child who do not agree on what to buy for the child?
It was a very relaxed interview process, for me it was a group interview and the questions asked were very easygoing and focused around the brand. They even gave us an opportunity to build an outfit which was very fun.
