Initial interview with the recruiter. Then completed a take-home technical assessment. Then participated in a detailed technical interview with an engineer. Since then, there has been no follow-up or communication for more than two weeks. I hope they won't waste people's time and effort. It seems that this company is unsure and undecided on what they actually need. They keep on changing their job posting on LinkedIn.
