after application 3 months passed away and First technical with 2 person and then meeting with your manager to get to know eachother and talk about salary expectations , then offer
Pre-interview with HR to understand interest in the role, followed by actual interview with 2 directors.
After the interview, offer came straight-in, with not pre-agreement on salary and other details (e.g. number of working hours).
