A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had a phone screening interview, followed by a video interview with 2 team members approx. 2 weeks later. About a week after that, HR contacted me to say my skills and experience would fit well with a different team. So I then had a 2nd interview with 2 additional team members. In that interview, I was told the first interviewers thought highly of me and recommended me to another manager. Throughout the process I was treated very respectfully and was kept informed.
