Initial discussion happened. Took first interview. Missed second round. They sent me a regrets email for not able to attend the interview on given time. I requested them to consider me again for the interview. I'm still waiting for their reply.

The interview process was a mixture of internal and external - meaning the external process you are sent to a third party to do the profiling which is carried out through personality tests, analytic test, interview and presentation.
