My phone interview with the in-house HR person was routive and average, and looked like promising. The person didn't ask tough questions. Then the person emailed me in a few days saying that the "hiring manager doesn't want" to talk to me about "her vacancy" (not Atlas Copco vacancy, but her own?). That was the Auburn Hills, Michigan office.

Interview
The process took about two months, but only one interview with the hiring manager. Very easy interview through Skype where it was mostly about who I am, what I will contribute with etc. I had the feeling that, if you get the interview, you will pretty easy get the job.
