I was asked what the Role of an Operations Manager is. What I thought would be an ideal salary and where I saw myself in 5 years time. I was asked what my contribution to the branch is and if I would discipline a member of staff even though they admitted they were wrong?

Interview was in 2 parts, situational and technical . Both parts were reasonably tailored and related to the role . The panel seemed very professional too and had a very well structured process . I was given time to ask further questions and clarify where I did not understand

Interview was for the role of a bank teller and was conducted in a relaxed environment in the managers office via Zoom. Three people where on the panel and they all took time to ask questions.
