It was casual, two rounds, met quite a few employees and partners, it can get pretty long, asked standard questions, but was overall pretty relaxed and laid back interview process.

There were 2 rounds virtual where I met with 6 different people and then 1 final round in person where I met with 4 different people. Everyone was very friendly.

I spoke with COO over the phone at first for about 20 minutes before they decided to bring me in for an in person interview.
I came in and spoke with the Operations team as well as the founding partners.
After that I was asked to come in for a final round interview where I was presented an offer.
