Interview
Firstly, I got a call from HR and job-specific details, expectations were discussed. Total 3 rounds (Video calls) with the panellist’s from the US on MS Teams (also on weekends). First-round with the Delivery manager which involved discussion on the previous company and current company projects. Second round technical with standard questions on .NET, SQL, Angular and Azure. Third and final round with the CEO for cultural fitment. Worst experience to date the CEO round was scheduled for 30 mins and got over abruptly in less than 5 mins. The CEO was also multitasking during the call and didn’t focus on the answers given by me (Only 2 questions). My stability was a concern but the details were not discussed during the interview(I had genuine reasons). I Will not recommend it to anyone. Pure waste of time and energy. I wish I had gone through the reviews before applying.

Disaster, They interviewed me and asked me to meet with CEO during weekend and next day they sent me offer letter. After few days they closed the position saying that client is not ready to go ahead. Wow, I have not seen such a disaster recruitment process where they give offer letter before discussing with client. Wasted my whole weekend for interview with CEO. The hiring manager was so rude and even was not ready to provide HR policies and Insurance details. I found this all fishy that's why I continued my job search and got better offer then them. Beware with them, they are con and running some shady business out here.
