Interview
I was invited to interview with Atmosphere only to be told at the end of the call that they wouldn’t be moving forward because they require someone with ad sales experience. This was something clearly evident from my resume, so it felt like a complete waste of time. If ad sales experience is truly a non-negotiable, it should have been screened out before scheduling interviews. The process came across as disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time.

The Atmosphere TV interview process was structured, starting with a phone screen, followed by a skills assessment, a panel interview, and ending with behavioral questions focused on sales experience, adaptability, and performance metrics.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atmosphere TV (Austin, TX)
Interview
Had multiple zoom meetings all of them had the wrong timezone which made me late to one by 30+ min thankfully when I showed them my invite they saw my reasoning.
Over all process was easy. Mostly conversational typical why are you leaving your current company type of interview.
First interview was with the recruiter, loved meeting with him. He gave me great feedback and very easy to talk to.
Second interview was with a handful of the client success manager supervisors

What was the main reason I wanted to leave my job I held at the time
