The interview was for a graphic designer position for Campus Couture under Atrium Corporation. Initial communication came from a resume sent through Craigslist and a phone call to set up an interview for "when I was available", which was the next day. I arrived early and was offered a beverage. I waited maybe five minutes before called in. I was initially told I would be interviewing with two people, the Director of Design and Sr Designer. I interviewed with both of these and a third person, more of a "project manager". The interview was roughly 45 minutes long. It consisted of several questions, talking of the company, and more of a way you think/way you do things evaluation. I took in a 8.5x11" portfolio and was suggested to have a larger one. Questions ranged from tell me about yourself to how do you go about starting a new project to how would you put together a market trend library. The ladies were VERY friendly and nice and made small talk throughout the interview also, so it was a very comfortable setting. I received a declining email five days later saying they were pursuing other candidates. I would say this was a decently difficult interview because pretty much every question imaginable was covered.
