long and tedious, it takes a long time for HR to approve a position then once the position is approved, it takes HR even longer to accept the offer. The interview was 2 separate group interviews. The process would have been smoother if HR was quicker. The hiring manager was wonderful and thats why I didnt mind waiting those 3 months for the position.
