There was a phone interview and then once you pass that step the second step was an in person interview. The in person interview was much easier than the phone. The in person interview was a panel. The entire team interviewed you.

Simple process, manager asked me what my short and long term goals were and why I was interested in healthcare domain. Wanted to know if I was serious of the summer internship and what my takeaway would be for the same.
