Interview
The interview was a 30 minute Team's interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed to be rushed and a little unorganized. The manager opened the interview by being straight forward: detailing the role and she was looking for in an employee.

Question 1
The first question asked by the hiring manager - "How are you with PTO?"
It was a Normal interview with the behavioral questions and accepted the offer. Turned out to be a great company that helps in the local community, but wanted a change of career.

Interview
First, a phone screen. Then an on-site group interview with the department. After a few day, they contact you and ask for permission for a background/references check (which they don’t do). Then they offer, you get drug tested, pass, and go to orientation.
