The interview process began with a scheduled 30-minute phone screen. I had a unique background that made Atrium's product of particular interest to me. Only lightly touched on technical topics during the phone screen. I was next invited to participate in a timed coding challenge. The challenge was fairly straight forward. I didn't complete it in the allotted time, and Atrium passed on me. Although it didn't result in an offer, the process was pleasant and fair overall.

Very straightforward. Company was still pretty small when I interviewed and I was on the east coast. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, with Chris the CTO, then digital onsite, then actual onsite. I found the team very friendly.
