A training and learning session was organized first to bring about knowledge of the company and after the session a test was conducted . If the test has been cleared out, the interview round is held which asks questions such as what interests you and why you had been keen to apply for this position.

It will be just an HR interview, I had applied on internahala and I got to the interview, my team leader was very polite and very generous so she asked questions related to sof skills and management, and previous experience with students.
