Well, they've just done a lot of layoffs across the board but are hiring for two enablement positions to support the sales team. (many sellers were just laid off) so that raises a lot of questions. They say they were low performers and they need more training but obviously were not trained to begin with so why is the enablement team already a good size and growing, obviously they were not training the sellers correctly.
Pretty standard, applied, recruiter call, hiring manager then automated rejection and ghosting when asking for insight.
