Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It included a technical assessment to evaluate my knowledge and experience, followed by an English level evaluation. There was also a conversational part focused on soft skills, where we discussed past experiences, communication style, and cultural fit. 2 à 3 entretiens avec la chaîne hiérarchique. On sent que l'humain est important, très bonne ESN. Il faut savoir ce que l'on veut faire, avec quel objectif personnel et être évidemment motivé pour rejoindre l'entreprise.
