Applied online, had brief phone interview and came in next day for interview. Very intense. Quizzed on a test NDA and many hypotheticals. Solely interested in skills and knowledge rather than personality fit.
Two-part interview process - the first stage included a practical contract review exercise. The interview questions were fairly standard and all interviewers were respectful and provided very helpful information about the job and what they liked about it.
