At first there was an initial screening that tests your English writing skill. If you are passed then there is computer based screening test. If passed you will be called for a viva. The whole process takes around 7 days to complete.

Three rounds, straightforward process. Prepare accordingly and you'll be fine. Interviews last roughly twenty to thirty minutes a piece. The interviews were scheduled fairly quickly after I was invited to join. Make sure you bring some questions to ask them at the end.
