The interview process for the Gen AI position at Augtech Nectwealth was designed to assess both foundational AI/ML knowledge and understanding of Generative AI technologies. It began with a preliminary screening round, which involved questions on Python, machine learning fundamentals, and recent developments in AI, particularly in the domain of generative models (like GPT, GANs, and LLMs). In the technical round, I was asked to explain projects I had worked on, especially those involving AI/ML. The discussion included model selection, data preprocessing, performance evaluation metrics, and tools used (e.g., TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.). There were scenario-based questions to test my understanding of how Gen AI could be applied in real-world use cases, such as content generation, chatbots, or data augmentation. The final HR round focused on my interest in the Gen AI domain, adaptability to evolving AI trends, and alignment with the company’s goals in innovation and AI product development. The process was insightful and reflected the company’s focus on building impactful Gen AI solutions.
