August Home interview questions

I had a recruiter screen and then did an onsite interview with the hiring manager. If I had moved on to the next rounds, I would have needed to complete a portfolio review and then a design exercise. I didn't hear back from the recruiter after the interview despite following up. From reading the other reviews, ghosting seems to be a typical practice.
