Augusta Lawn Care Services interview questions

I interviewed with the operations manager for this position. She was very upbeat and very engaging. Her smile was contagious and it was one of the most enjoyable interviews I’ve had. This company is on a steep climb and all indications are that they are looking for positive and high energy people to match the trajectory of this business. That was great news to me. The role is being on a telephone for many hours and handling calls from clients and franchise owners. The questions revolved around your ability to operate on the phone for many hours and operate various computer programs to get the job done. Some customer service scenarios were added in and were intriguing and real world. As they are a franchise company they have their act together with a detailed employee handbook, definitive training program for agents, and all the tools one needs to be successful. That is the impression I got from the interview and my research. It was a great positive experience for me.
