I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Aula (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Took months as they kept coming back and forth, which I assume was related to "budget issues", or just poor management.
There was a real lack of professionalism, technical direction and a serious disregard for other people's time. I heard some unethical company - most notably, when discussing the two areas of recruitment: senior devs/leads, "and then less expensive ones, like juniors and females". Amazing to hear those comments in 2019.
They also deleted my 2 previous reviews on Glassdoor, so I think that says a lot.
1. HR screening.
It was just common screening and background checking.
2. Home task.
Simple react application to fetch and show some data. I spent few hour on it because was asked not spending to much.
Got rejected without any feedback. I asked HR to share some feedback because the home task was fully implemented according to requirements. But i didn't get any answer.
