Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness interview questions

I interviewed with the hiring manager and the VP. Job was offered after 2nd interview with VP. The interview process was warm and welcoming. The Hiring manager was prepared to meet me. The interview was organized and the hiring manager was able to answer all of my questions.

First I had a phone screen it went good. Then a schedule virtual interview with the leadership team. The interview process went well. However, coming onboard everything was totally different then what it seems.
