You meet with the CEO and/or Clinical Director. They give you background on the company and then dive into your resume. They will ask about your experience using ABA resources and some real life ABA questions including your perspective. They will ask about what you are looking for and your strengths and weaknesses. Love that they asked about self-care and assent based treatment. Lastly, they allowed me to ask any questions.
