Very awkward personalities at this company. I met with the CEO at the end of the interview and he said they'd start me on "shit-projects" as an entry level developer. The kind of technical questions they ask are just basic textbook type questions like, "what is 'let' vs 'var' in JS?" At the end, they didn't even reach out to me about a decision. But based on the interview, I'm glad I wasn't the one who would have had to say no.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A couple white-board interview questions. A lot of simple JS based questions like, what it means to be "truthy" and differences between "let" and "var". A lot of other basic questions like this but I've forgotten other specifics.
Standard 3 different rounds. Two remote and one in person final interview. First interview was behavioral, second job related and the third a combination. I loved that they did not keep me waiting forever to let me know about the next steps or their decision. Whether I get a position or not, I can always appreciate the company respecting my time.
