I recently went through the interview process at Aurionpro Solutions. The initial experience was positive—both the screening round and the second round of interviews went well, and I was informed by the HR team that I had cleared these stages.
A third round was scheduled, but just 5 minutes before the interview, I received a message from HR stating that the interview needed to be rescheduled. I was expecting further communication later that day; however, I did not receive any follow-up call or update.
Despite trying to reach out via calls and messages, there was no response from the HR team. This lack of communication after progressing through multiple rounds was disappointing and could have been handled more professionally.
Suggestion to Management:
Improving communication and providing timely updates to candidates would greatly enhance the overall interview experiences.
