Mostly it was just an hour long conversation with 2 co-founders and the IT Manager. They asked a few questions about background, experience and skills. We talked about some of the problems they were currently facing and how I could apply my knowledge, skills and experience. We also talked about the very green/new IT Tech that they hired a few months ago, with no real world work experience who had 1 semester of IT schooling.
