It was good. No complaints. Initial screening then an hour long assignment I think it was. Assignment was tough but fair. It was a good test in my opinion. Short but complex enough to highlight problem solving skills.

Question 1
I was asked about some front-end JS, related to visualization/graphics
6 rounds -> screener, manager interview, portfolio review, and three stakeholder meetings. The team is divided into business units with an opportunity to interview direct colleagues in those units.
The sales-style pay structure didn’t provide the stability that I needed after weathering multiple layoffs at my last company. If it were different, I would join them without question. Amazing manager and team and great mission.
I talked with a hype recruiter, he was cool
Then I talked with the hiring manager who decided the beat way to get to know me was to mess with my head to see how I'd react. That worked poorly because I immediately dissociated.
Then I had a technical interview which seemed to go alright.
Then I talked to the team I'd be working with. They didn't seem very prepared for the interview or to have a clear idea of what they were looking for. They seemed kinda frazzled and overwhelmed.
