Interview
Three round interview process.
First was short and simple. Explanation of job essentials, Q & A, discussion of resume.
Second was on site at Sam's Club viewing a marketing booth, the first portion of the position.
Third was a final interview reviewing the second interview, and discussing job salary, along with further Q & A.

Interview
Three interviews, one on site at a Costco. They are up-front about the job responsibilities but opaque about actual earning potential. They sell you on the ability to move up quickly but that would require selling absurd numbers of products that nobody wants
