Had a 30m call with recruitment, very pleasant, knew what she was talking about and feel like she does a great job of filtering. Second interview was with Director of Technology, again very easy to talk with. Apparently I didn't say the right things as I didn't get beyond this stage.

An engaging process that provided a challenge and I got to learn something new and got to showcase my skills which was fun! There are multiple interview steps and maybe it's slightly overkill but I get why they do it.
