The interview process is 2 interviews. One with a Clinical Director and one with the Executive Director. I found the questions to be fair and to the point. Both participants in the interview were nice.

Starts with a phone interview from a recruiter. If they like you, you will meet with the Clinical Director virtually. The Clinical Director will ask you a list of questions - some easier than others.
