I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Auto & General Insurance (Brisbane) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a 1 hour interview for an Entry level Test Analyst role. The questions were quite hard considering the level of the position. After 1 hour of grilling they think I have great potential but don't have experience in certain areas. My point is then why say it's an Entry level position? Why there was no mention of those experiences in the Job Description? An incorrect JD with insufficient information is misleading and can lead to disappointment and kills confidence in a person desperately looking for a job.
