AutoAssure Sales Representative interview questions

I applied online on craigslist. I was called by the HR director who was very nice. She scheduled a phone screening with a manager. After that there was a face to face with a few managers. They ask for specific examples to determine past behaviors so it's tough to fake it. After the interview I was given an offer and accepted.
